Actually, it’s called “The Pink Lady.” It’s got eggs in it, it’s pink, and ostensibly no man would actually order this drink. Whatever, grow up, Ted Haigh.

Ingredients

So yeah, gin, applejack, eggs, lemon, and grenadine? Weird.

Finished

The end result isn’t that bad, but isn’t that memorable either. I think there’s probably more interesting things to do with eggs than this cocktail. Worth a go for the sake of trying it, but probably not going to bother again.
