The Delicious Sour

The Deliciou Sour sounds like a restaurant called Gourmet Cuisine. I wouldn’t trust this cocktail any more than I’d trust said hypothetical restaurant. Here’s what goes into it:

Yeah. Sure. Delicious. And theres an egg.

Yeah, so we’ve got applejack, pear brandy, lime, sugar, seltzer water, and egg whites. This may well be the last egg recipe in the book. I’ve got nothing against egg cocktails, but this is not one to make it worth it.

Interesting, but not good.

So, it’s not delicious. It’s not particularly sour, even. Honestly, it tastes like a lousy pina colada with an applejack finish. Skip this one too.
