Ingredients for Seventh Heaven

Seventh Heaven was a case where I was a bit dubious going in just based on the ingredients. Grapefruit juice, gin, and some Luxardo? Doesn’t really seem like the most winning mixture.

The finished product.

Somehow, though, the sum is better than the parts. This develops a wonderfully smooth and rich mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness that doesn’t seem present in any of the individual components. The Luxardo adds a great spice to the finish and the gin’s characteristics blend marvelously. Worth it.
