In the interest of full disclosure, the bottle of tequila in the middle is actually homemade pineapple syrup, bottled in a tequila bottle. If you’re wondering what a fix is, it’s basically crushed/shaved ice plus a spirit plus an acid plus some sugar in some sort of proportion.

In this case, we’re using pineapple syrup, rum, lemon juice, and simple syrup. It’s rather punch-like but not particularly satisfying. I think there are far more interesting things to be done with something like pineapple syrup, to be honest.
