The pineapple juice is sweet, along with the Carpano. I lucked out by using “Dry Curacao” instead of the typical sugar syrup, but that all adds up to an awful lot of sweetness. Maybe the gin can save this?
Not so much. Not offensively bad, but it just didn’t work that well.
