Lions Tail Ingredients

I’ve been waiting to make something with allspice dram for a long time. This one’s set up to win from the start. Lime, bitters, bourbon, allspice dram, simple syrup (give or take)? Hell yeah.

Lions Tail, Finished

Delicious. Intense, spicy, contemplative. The bourbon provides a nice base, richness, and sweetness. The rest really kicks everything up. This is a sipping, not a downing, drink. “Tastes like Christmas” might not make much sense, but this, warmed up, would make a hell of a toddy.

Try it. Worth it.
